お正月です。というわけで今日は「かわいそうなぞう」のお話を英訳して、全世界の皆様にお届けしようという企画です。１年の刑は元旦にあり、戦争の愚かさを改めて確認して平和な世界を目指しましょう。
なお、私は英語がさっぱりで高校時代には何度も赤点を取ったほどのスペシャルイングリッシャーです。ごくまれに誤訳などがあるかもしれませんが、ご了承頂きますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
In WW2, Ueno zoo have three elephants. Elephants name are John, Lennon, and Yoko. Army pepple said "If elephants go to town, very very dangerous. So we kill elephant."
Zoo people said "Elephants are not guilty. Why kill elephants !"
But army is to strong too zoo. Shikataganainode zoo people ready poison potato. By the way, elephant is very higt IQ. Poison Potato are eated by elephants.
Zoo peeple think elephants is not died. We are going to fight army with elephants.
Elephants agree. "We are elephants. Very very strong. Army will be destroyed." So zoo people battled army with elephants. Zoo people win. Medetashi, medehashi.
